This is by far one the best free themes I’ve come across, it’s is fully responsive and comes with quite a bit of customization to give it that personalized look, there’s a free and pro version, you can set up a basic site with the free version but if you want some serious customization I’d suggest you spend $39 for the PRO version. it’s been featured on http://justfreethemes.com/real-estate-lite/ with an impressive 8.0 rating.
